Question: What do I need to use PayPal to buy cards from this site?

Answer: Online security is a major concern for both people buying and selling on the internet. With PayPal, you can shop online securely and conveniently using your debit or credit card, bank account or PayPal balance – all without sharing your financial details with the seller. It’s also an easy way to receive payments online from the sender’s card or bank account, in the UK or abroad. Plus, it’s free to send money and to sign up for an account

If, however, you do not wish to use paypal you are welcome to pay by cheque. Please email us for the postage address to send your cheques to and with the name of the cards and the quantity you require. Cards will be sent once payment has been cleared.

Question: When will my order be sent?

Answer: Cards are sent within 24hrs of order and very often on the same day! (unless it's a weekend). You will also receive a dispatch email informing you of when your order was posted.

Q: I don't want my cards to be bent in the post

A: Cards are posted 1st class in strong jiffy bags which will fit through your letter box.  I also use proof of postage so you won't need to be in when the package arrives.

Q: I have seen sites like these before but I am always put off on the high postage costs.

A: Don't worry. You won't be bitten by the cost of postage on this site. Postage is 50p for upto 3 cards, £1 for upto 5 cards and no more than £2 on orders over £15.01

Q: Ok, the postage costs aren't very high but how can I make them lower?

A: Why not buy a bunch of cards that will last you the year and save a bit on postage? If that doesn't help, why not club together with a few friends or colleagues to make the saving. This is a great way of saving a bit of cash for larger orders like your xmas cards.

Q: I really like your cards but I don't have time to buy one, wait for you to post it, wait for Royal mail to do their job, for me to receive it, write it and then post it.

A: Ok, well, we all are a bit busy from time to time. If you are short of time why not ask me to write the card for you and send it to the recipient. This is also perfect for Valentines cards. Don't forget you can have a look at my free verses if you would like me to include one of those or even one you have written yourself. You can add your request in when you go through the order process.
